I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were absolutely stunning, from the 2-bedroom higher floor with great beds to the comfortable, very clean, and spacious accommodations located just a 10-minute walk to the riverside. The service was top-notch, with everyone from the reception staff to the security guard downstairs being incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was great, making it easy to access various attractions like the Cathedral, traditional market, and airport. Although the dining might need some Western adjustments, the overall experience was fantastic.

The hotel is truly stunning, but could have been a bit bigger. While there was a great deal of traffic noise, the place was very clean overall.

The room I stayed in was absolutely stunning and immaculately clean. However, it seemed a bit smaller in person compared to the photos. The traffic noise outside was noticeable, which could bother light sleepers. Despite these minor drawbacks, the room itself was truly beautiful and well-maintained.

The staff, especially Kha Quyen and the bellboys at the entrance, were extremely helpful and accommodating. However, some members of the team didn't speak English very well, which could be a bit challenging at times. Overall, the service was efficient and friendly, making my stay more pleasant.
